Moving Forward

After graduating from Northeastern University, Dyal-Chand served as a law clerk to Ninth Circuit Judge Warren J. Ferguson. She then joined Hall & Associates as a fellow from 1995-96, where she worked on numerous CLIPI cases.

Dyal-Chand joined the business department of the Boston law firm of Foley Hoag, specializing in transactions involving intellectual property licensing and transfer. She served as the associate general counsel of The Community Builders, Inc., a nonprofit affordable housing developer, where she provided legal representation on all aspects of complex real estate and housing development transactions. Dyal-Chand is currently Vice-Provost professor of law at Northeastern University, where she teaches property, economic development, and consumer law.
