Impact at CLIPI
After graduating from UC Berkeley Law School, Dayan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty B. Fletcher of United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He then joined CLIPI as a fellow and then as a Staff Attorney, and worked on various cases including Citizens Against Gated Enclaves.
After CLIPI, Dayan joined Bredhoff & Kaiser where he has represented unions, retirees, and employees since 1994. Dayan has also taught employment law at the Washington University Law School.
