Impact at CLIPI
After graduating from UC Berkeley Law School, Dayan served as a law clerk to Ninth Circuit Judge Betty Fletcher. He then joined Hall & Phillips as a fellow and then as a Staff Attorney, and worked on many CLIPI cases including Citizens Against Gated Enclaves.
Dayan joined Bredhoff & Kaiser where he has represented unions, retirees, and employees since 1994. Dayan has also taught employment law at the Washington University Law School.
