Following her time at CLIPI, Larkin continued to focus on employment discrimination. She has been involved in several significant class action cases, including Dukes v. Wal-Mart Stores, Ellis v. Costco Wholesale Corp., and Parra v. Bashas’ Inc. Larkin served as Executive Director of the Impact Fund in Berkeley, California from 2010 to February 2024, specializing in complex employment discrimination class action litigation. She is currently Of Counsel at the Impact Fund. Her work has earned her recognition as a leading figure in employment discrimination law.
