Impact at CLIPI
Moor served as a fellow and staff attorney at the public interest law firm Hall & Phillips in Los Angeles from 1989 to 1994. During his tenure there, he worked on CLIPI environmental litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act, consumer advocacy efforts and numerous False Claims Act cases.
Following his time at Hall & Phillips, Justice Moor held various positions, including serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Central District of California, working as litigation counsel at NBC, Inc., and practicing law at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. In 2013, he was appointed as a judge to the Los Angeles Superior Court, and in 2018, he was elevated to the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Five.
